Concert Request Form

1. The Music/Media Library does not have the capability to digitize concerts from 1968 – 1983, which were captured on reel to reel, and very few before 1968, which were recorded on transcription discs. A few pre-1968 concerts may have been digitized in a previous project.

2. The Music/Media Library has very limited access to video performances. Any performance (audio or visual) that occurred during the current school year is handled by the Stage Managers of the School of Music. Performances prior to the current school year are requested using the M/ML form and you will be informed of any accessibility limitations. As a general rule, we do not have access to video recorded before 2018.

3. The Music/Media Library requires at least one week hours to process a form and make the recording.
