Also using Web2 to offer Z39.50 as alternative means of accessing First Search databases, per previous slides.
Patron Library validation
- Nightly DCL job uses UDMS to extract patron data from circulation system, and format files of ID numbers which are FTP’d to NT Web server. In addition to Ezproxy, we build files for use by the Citrix CD-ROM remote access server, online forms for ILL, online form to Get/Change DRA PIN, ASP scripts that check user ID before forwarding user to a resource, and legacy forms and links on our VMS system.
