You can access entries from any of the library's blogs via RSS. There are several ways to find the RSS feed for a blog.
Paste the URL of the feed into your preferred feedreader or aggregator, and you should have access to all new posts from that blog.

The following RSS feeds, when used with your preferred feedreader or aggregator, will notify you as new materials are added to the library's collection. You must subscribe to all three History feeds or both Nursing feeds to ensure complete coverage in these areas.

For predefined subject searches, you can use these RSS feeds.
The library catalog can send an alert, via RSS or email, when new items arrive that match your research interests. Create a search in the library catalog whose terms bring up the sorts of materials for which you would like to receive notification. From the results page of your search:
The Title Alerts page lists all your alerts, including the links to your RSS feeds. It also provides a means of modifying or deleting an alert.
